Paul Anderson guides successful business owners through the process of identifying their business objectives and personal goals in order to customize an effective exit plan from their companies. Through a proven seven-step process, Paul helps business owners to organize a team of experts to safeguard their investments, minimize tax liability and plan for retirement.
In 2004, Paul Anderson co-launched WA Consulting, a financial advising firm for seniors, which later purchased Moneywise. He is co-host on the firm’s radio show, The Moneywise Radio Show, showcasing Paul’s financial knowledge and keen business sense.  Paul has been a business administrator for 16 years, and has started and owned businesses even as far back as high school.
After several years as a co-owner of Moneywise in Bakersfield, Paul noticed the lack of business consulting to address the very specific task of exiting a company. He started BetterPlan, LLC to provide effective and thoughtful business exit consulting for his clients. Paul’s extensive experience in managing and owning companies gives him a unique edge as an Exit Planning Advisor in helping people through one of the most challenging periods of their career. Paul Anderson is also a member of the Business Enterprise Institute (BEI), an invaluable resource network for exit plan advisors. He lives with his wife and four children in Bakersfield, CA.

Mrs. Skiles has over nine years of experience in administration and office management. Her background is in college administration and new employee training.  She has spent the past two years building and developing her marketing and  graphic design skills in order to provide profitability to herself and our business. Tristan  feels fortunate to love her job and the team she works with.
